What you will do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives with rigor and consistency.
• Coach development teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders on Agile principles and the Scrum framework to drive team maturity.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and monitor delivery metrics such as sprint velocity and burn-down charts.
• Coordinate delivery workstreams across integration projects, ensuring alignment on API dependencies and middleware deliverables.
• Lead Agile delivery for data and system migration workstreams, managing cutover readiness and parallel-run validation.
• Manage stakeholder engagement by producing delivery scorecards and ensuring compliance with banking-sector governance standards.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven experience delivering Agile programs in Lending and/or Mortgage domains.
• Active and verifiable certification in CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
• Experience coordinating delivery for systems integration and large-scale data migrations in a banking context.
• Must be able to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Nice to have

• Previous Scrum Master experience at a financial institution within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
• Familiarity with SAMA regulations, Basel III/IV frameworks, or KSA-specific banking compliance.
• Experience with core banking platforms such as Temenos T24, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Finastra, or Mambu.
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Miro.
