TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead pre-RFP alignment sessions to validate scope, timeline, and budget assumptions.
  • Design and maintain project governance frameworks, including accountability and escalation paths.
  • Maintain executive dashboards and risk registers to provide leadership with real-time visibility.
  • Coordinate across Commercial, Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Oversee third-party vendor onboarding and risk management to ensure regulatory and data protection compliance.
  • Apply PM frameworks to internal strategic initiatives, process transformations, and system rollouts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project or programme management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects and high-level governance.
  • Strong financial acumen, including cost modelling, budget tracking, and ROI analysis.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
  • Ability to influence without authority across diverse business functions.
  • Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
