What you will do

  • Design and implement complex retirement plan structures tailored to institutional client needs.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and drive business development through referrals and strategic networking.
  • Lead client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for plan sponsors.
  • Provide investment advisory services and present diverse plan options to decision-makers.
  • Ensure plan compliance by conducting benchmarking, due diligence, and regulatory consulting.
  • Facilitate fiduciary training and explain testing requirements to clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in retirement plan management or sales.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid securities license.
