What you will do

• Conduct educational seminars and webinars on plan features and investments for Plan Sponsor Participants.
• Provide one-on-one financial advisory investment counseling sessions for employees and retirees.
• Collaborate with Plan Administration, legal counsel, and Plan Sponsors to resolve participant issues.
• Drive increased participation among employees through strategic engagement with Plan Sponsors.
• Develop and implement presentation materials for retirement education.
• Maintain strict compliance with firm and FINRA regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must reside in the greater LA county area.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retirement or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65 certifications required.
• Ability to travel for on-site education delivery.
