What you will do

  • Research and interpret IRC, ERISA, and state retirement plan laws to provide consultative support.
  • Provide technical guidance on plan design, operational compliance, and documentation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements and internal process alignment.
  • Support sponsors utilizing pre-approved plan documents.
  • Develop internal communications and training materials regarding legislative and regulatory developments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams on client disclosures and technical topics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with qualified retirement plans and related regulations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying IRC and ERISA requirements.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional designations such as CPC, QPA, QKA, ERPA, or CEBS are highly preferred.
