TL;DR

Financial Reporting Manager (Finance): Overseeing corporate general ledger, technical accounting, and SEC reporting processes with an accent on US GAAP compliance and quarterly/annual financial filings. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to North Andover, MA (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Salary: $138,000–$147,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Oversee the corporate monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Manage quarterly and annual SEC financial reporting (10-Qs and 10-K) and technical accounting documentation.
  • Lead accounting for stock-based compensation and lease accounting (ASC 842).
  • Provide technical support and guidance on complex accounting issues to the broader finance team.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and participate in SOX compliance efforts.
  • Drive process improvements to standardize and streamline global financial reporting.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Accounting and active CPA license required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Big 4 public accounting or a combination of public accounting and industry experience.
  • Solid working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
  • Ability to work in North Andover, MA on a hybrid schedule (3 days/week).
  • Experience with large multi-national, public manufacturing corporations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP S4 Hana, HFM preferred).
