What you will do

• Lead the preparation and timely filing of US federal and multi-state corporate income tax returns.
• Oversee operational tax workflows including sales and use tax, property tax, and gross receipts taxes.
• Support quarterly and annual tax provisioning processes under US GAAP (ASC 740).
• Coordinate external US tax advisors across federal and SALT matters, compliance activity, and audits.
• Strengthen tax-related internal controls, governance, and process automation in partnership with finance.
• Manage and develop a growing tax compliance and reporting team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in US state, local, and federal tax compliance and reporting.
• CPA or equivalent U.S. professional qualification required.
• Deep practical experience across SALT, including income tax, indirect tax, and nexus analysis.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 740) and tax reporting requirements.
• Experience managing US federal, state, and local direct tax filings in a complex environment.
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
