What you will do

• Define operational standards, logic frameworks, and QA processes that govern automation delivery.
• Lead the planning and implementation of complex, data-driven automations connecting engagement channels and data sources.
• Own the design and execution of cross-system automations and logic extending beyond established frameworks.
• Act as the technical owner for pilot initiatives, translating outcomes into scalable automation patterns.
• Partner with data governance and analytics teams to ensure integration integrity and refine automations based on performance trends.
• Mentor Specialists and Senior Specialists, reinforcing best practices and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation operations, systems enablement, or omni-channel campaign management.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining complex automated workflows and logic frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data integrity, testing methodologies, and QA processes.
• Experience owning complex automation implementations spanning multiple systems and operational constraints.
• Must be based in the US.
