What you will do

• Guide developers on AI-accelerated workflows, balancing rapid prototyping with system reliability and code health.
• Create authentic, peer-to-peer technical content and share engineering insights across developer communities.
• Establish a bidirectional feedback loop between users and internal teams to provide actionable product insights for the roadmap.
• Design and ship high-quality open-source boilerplate templates, quickstarts, and tools for seamless observability integration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, ideally including early-stage startup environments.
• Native use of AI coding assistants and rapid-prototyping tools in day-to-day development workflows.
• Proficiency in writing and debugging code in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• 3+ years of experience in technical storytelling with a public portfolio (GitHub, blogs, videos, etc.).
• Must be based in California, Nevada, Texas, or Washington, USA.
