Salary: $100,000–$125,000

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for EHS data management, reporting, and digital tools.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models for EHS analytics.
• Establish data quality standards, validation processes, and governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain corporate dashboards in Power BI to monitor performance metrics.
• Analyze incident, audit, and risk data to identify trends and provide leadership recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to enhance the EHS data ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, environmental science, or a related field.
• Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area.
• At least 5 years of experience with SQL, Python, ETL, and data warehousing.
• Demonstrated experience leading data analytics processes or teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks is highly desired.

Nice to have

• Experience in Microsoft Power BI and Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) data.
