What you will do

• Analyze and improve CRM data quality in Salesforce, specifically focusing on lead source attribution.
• Document and redesign lead flow processes based on industry best practices.
• Research and evaluate AI and automation tools for practical application within RevOps.
• Support contract and workflow automation initiatives.
• Partner with experienced operators on high-priority revenue-impacting projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or go-to-market strategy.
• Ability to work with structured data and derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with CRM concepts.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter capable of taking ownership of projects with minimal direction.
