MT TranSCend Senior Finance Manager - Compliance, Prague (MedTech)

Location: Prague, Czechia; equivalent postings are available in Bogota, Colombia and Manila, Philippines. The role is available across primary shared service centers.

Salary: Kč1,641,000–Kč2,830,150 per year in the primary posting location.

What you will do

• Embed sustainable business, finance, and IT controls across the MedTech Transcend transformation program.
• Design, document, implement, test, and transition controls supporting external reporting, management reporting, SOX, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead audit engagements from planning through execution, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Assess compliance risks, communicate project status, and support strategic deployment decisions.
• Coordinate integrated project plans, schedules, deliverables, and organizational readiness for run-state control ownership.
• Support people management, coaching, and oversight of Business Process Compliance resources.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business discipline.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, and/or auditing.
• Required experience with Sarbanes-Oxley and/or audit, including identifying and mitigating process risks.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiating, stakeholder-management, people-management, and collaboration skills in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience engaging senior business stakeholders and managing complex business risks and ambiguity.
• Understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including responsible and ethical AI practices and effective prompt generation.

Nice to have

• CIA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or CISA certification.
• Knowledge of medical devices, supply chain, or commercial operations.
• Experience deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates.
• Experience managing project timelines and milestones in complex environments.
• Experience with multi-ERP or complex system environments.
