What you will do

• Lead quality success on program teams by meeting contractual requirements and facilitating crucial quality decisions.
• Manage customer and government (DCMA) inspections, audits, and end-item data pack preparation.
• Conduct QE studies and recommend design changes to improve manufacturing production.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving activities including failure analysis and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement quality plans for receiving, assembly, testing, and final inspection processes.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM with 5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with statistical, spreadsheet, and database software packages.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and handle export-controlled information.
• Strong integrity and ability to lead quality-related decision-making in a high-stakes environment.
