Location: Must be a U.S. Citizen based in Buckley AFB, CO (Hybrid: at least 2-3x per week on site)

Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 annually

What you will do

• Test, analyze, evaluate, verify, and validate ground systems for Missile Warning, Tactical Intelligence, and Environmental Monitoring.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development cycle to implement advanced technology solutions.
• Develop and execute large-scale test strategies and documentation, including TES, TEMP, SITP, EVP, and VCRM.
• Coordinate engineering integration efforts between government clients, FFRDCs, and associate contractor teammates.
• Manage system definitions and technical baselines using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance (required)
• U.S. Citizenship (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Technology.
• 6+ years of experience in test and evaluation and system integration for Major Defense Acquisition Programs.
• Experience with complex ground software and hardware systems.
• Knowledge of systems engineering standards, specifically IEEE 15288.1 and 15288.2.

Nice to have

• TS/SCI clearance.
• Master's degree in a technical field.
• Experience with ground-based remote sensing systems and operational acceptance.
• Knowledge of DoD 5000 series regulations.
• CTEP or INCOSE professional certifications (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP).
