What you will do

• Review tax free forms for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Control travelers' export of goods and make on-the-spot eligibility decisions.
• Process customer payment transactions and follow fraud prevention policies.
• Deliver professional customer service to international travelers.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and provide feedback to the sales team on issuing quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Norwegian is required.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including early mornings (from 5 am), evenings, and weekends.
• Clean criminal record as per airport security requirements.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Responsible, reliable, and service-minded attitude.
