Salary: $148,700 - $231,400 USD annually

What you will do

• Own and deliver large cross-functional programs from concept through launch, coordinating across multiple engineering teams.
• Engage with technical architecture to identify dependencies, evaluate engineering approaches, and make trade-off decisions.
• Drive alignment across organizations with different speeds and priorities by building operating models and stakeholder structures.
• Ensure engineering, product, and business teams execute together toward shared goals and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or related technical leadership role.
• Experience deploying user-facing technologies with a track record of meeting user needs and resolving business tradeoffs.
• Knowledge of engineering architecture, including identifying dependencies and technical risks.
• Experience managing stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies.
• Ability to facilitate and align roadmaps and manage tasks with varying priorities.
• Experience defining cross-organizational/company-wide strategy and driving alignment across engineering leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS ecosystem services and streaming/real-time analytics/online entertainment.
• Experience with AI/ML systems, agentic architectures, or applied machine learning programs.
• BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
