What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic plans to engage prospects and existing customers.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Create and present compelling, ROI-driven value propositions tailored to specific customer objectives.
- Collaborate with presales, solution consulting, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer technology environments to provide expert insights.
- Conduct regular discovery sessions to advance customer decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico.
- Extensive consultative experience in large enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record in complex, high-value sales with 6-12 month cycles.
- Background in supply chain management solutions (WMS, OMS, or TMS software).
- Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers through proactive lead generation.
