Location: Must be based in Mexico (Remote with up to 50% travel within the country).

What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to engage prospects and existing customers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Create and present compelling, ROI-driven value propositions tailored to specific customer objectives.
  • Collaborate with presales, solution consulting, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer technology environments to provide expert insights.
  • Conduct regular discovery sessions to advance customer decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico.
  • Extensive consultative experience in large enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record in complex, high-value sales with 6-12 month cycles.
  • Background in supply chain management solutions (WMS, OMS, or TMS software).
  • Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers through proactive lead generation.
