What you will do

• Oversee daily fiat and crypto settlement processes with liquidity providers and exchanges.
• Manage wallet rebalancing, custody reconciliation, and liquidity thresholds.
• Lead and develop an organization of operations managers and specialists.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable automation tools.
• Collaborate with treasury, risk, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure secure operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in crypto operations, including settlement and custody in an institutional setting.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, exchanges, and on-chain transactions.
• Familiarity with global fiat payment systems and operational controls.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews with a focus on risk management.
