What you will do

• Execute performance testing strategies to validate system scalability and reliability.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
• Analyze performance data to identify root causes across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather throughput and SLA requirements.
• Diagnose performance issues by analyzing Appian logs and system information.
• Report on performance results and provide actionable insights for system optimization.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance (active TS clearance preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in performance testing within complex enterprise environments.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience performance testing Appian applications.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter and Groovy.
• Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
