Salary: $68,000 – $90,000 CAD (Total annual cash compensation including bonus).

What you will do

• Manage relationships with key market data vendors like Bloomberg, LSEG, and MSCI, including contract negotiations and performance reviews.
• Oversee daily market data administration, including entitlement management, invoice validation, and usage monitoring.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders regarding market data solutions and requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance with licensing agreements.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for service issues and drive continuous process improvements.
• Produce detailed reporting and dashboards to support audit and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• University degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in market data within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of market data products, licensing models, and governance practices.
• Proven experience in vendor relationship management and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

Nice to have

• FISD, IMC, or other relevant financial services certifications.
• Experience in audit, risk, or regulatory environments.
