Senior Manager, Customer Success (Power & Tech): Leading a team of Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, retention, and value realization for clients across power, utilities, and renewables sectors with an accent on operational excellence and team coaching. Focus on managing customer health metrics, executing renewal strategies, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure product integration within complex energy workflows.

Location: Hybrid role, minimum two days per week in the London office.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers supporting the Power & Tech vertical.
  • Own retention, adoption, and customer health metrics for the portfolio.
  • Ensure consistent use of playbooks, success plans, and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Identify early risk indicators and guide the team in building actionable mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Research teams to drive expansion and product adoption.
  • Support the rollout of new processes and tools within the Customer Success organization.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience leading or mentoring Customer Success Managers in SaaS, analytics, or data-focused environments.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise subscription businesses.
  • Strong commercial instincts regarding retention, health, and adoption drivers.
  • Ability to interpret data to guide decisions and prioritize accounts.
  • Strong communication, organization, and operational discipline.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model with at least two days per week in the London office.
