What you will do

• Administer funds and management companies while liaising with clients and intermediaries.
• Handle company secretarial tasks including board packs, shareholder meetings, and drafting minutes.
• Maintain accurate investor records using eFront and process investor changes.
• Prepare payment instructions and coordinate routine fund operations like calls and distributions.
• Manage investment documentation for deal closings to ensure compliance with partnership agreements.
• Support the induction and training of junior staff members.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a financial services environment.
• Currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Certificate level or equivalent).
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build close working relationships with colleagues and clients.
