TL;DR

Finance Change Analyst (Finance): Supporting the delivery and implementation of a new adviser system across the organization with an accent on financial controls, data migration, and system integration. Focus on ensuring business readiness, performing daily reconciliations, and providing audit support during the 18-month project lifecycle.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Southampton, UK

What you will do

  • Develop and implement new financial controls and reconciliation processes.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of system integrations between source systems and the General Ledger.
  • Validate migrated data and accounting outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support Business Readiness activities, including training for Business-as-Usual teams.
  • Provide audit support across both legacy and new financial systems.
  • Develop comprehensive timetables to ensure timely delivery of key financial outputs.

Requirements

  • Part-qualified accountant or demonstrable experience in finance change and transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across Finance, IT, and Operations.
  • Experience supporting finance system implementations, including integrations, testing, and data migration.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing financial data.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate technical changes into business impacts.
