Finance Change Analyst (12 Month FTC)

What you will do

• Support the delivery and implementation of a new adviser system across the organisation.
• Develop and implement finance controls, reconciliations, governance frameworks, and delivery timetables.
• Perform daily and month-end balance sheet reconciliations, including system integrations from source systems to the General Ledger through Workday.
• Review receipts by reconciling bank statements with transactions in adviser systems.
• Validate migrated data and accounting outputs, document known issues, and support user acceptance testing.
• Support business readiness through BAU training and provide audit support across legacy and new systems.

Requirements

• Part-qualified accountant or demonstrable experience supporting finance change or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with finance system implementations, including integrations, testing, and data migration; Workday experience is relevant.
• Strong data analysis, reconciliation, analytical thinking, and root-cause investigation skills.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across Finance, IT, and Operations.
• High accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing financial data, reconciliations, and system outputs.
