• Analyze business requirements and document to-be processes for supply chain planning.
• Design and configure solutions, ensuring data requirements meet business objectives.
• Demonstrate configurations to clients using agile methodology.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to document and implement solution enhancements.
• Support test-case creation and execution across various project stages.
• Deliver super-user training and mentor junior implementation team members.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in supply chain planning solutions or logistics domain.
• Proven experience in the full lifecycle of enterprise solution implementation.
• Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in agile methodology for enterprise delivery.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in teams distributed across locations and time zones.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with demand planning, S&OP, or IBP processes.
