What you will do

• Provide hands-on AV support for on-site and hybrid gatherings, including room setup and live event monitoring.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Workplace and AV Engineering teams to ensure reliable event execution.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, lighting, and control issues in real time during events.
• Perform routine health checks and testing of AV spaces to ensure equipment readiness.
• Train Workplace team members on standard room setups and AV tools.
• Assist with basic AV system builds, cabling, and procurement coordination under engineering guidance.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Must be based in Seattle, WA or within a reasonable commuting distance.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or onsite event support.
• Hands-on experience with AV setups, including room prep, live monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Zoom and Zoom Rooms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Experience with production hardware such as audio mixers, video switchers, or lighting consoles.
