Compensation: $125,000–$260,000 OTE (base + variable bonus).

What you will do
- Equip channel partners with deep technical knowledge of video collaboration hardware and software through training and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with partners to co-create customized video collaboration solutions tailored to end-user requirements.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including addressing objections and converting interest into sales.
- Develop sales enablement resources such as competitive analyses, case studies, and go-to-market strategies.
- Act as a strategic liaison between partners and internal product teams to inform product development.
- Guide partners on industry standards and compliance for sectors like healthcare, education, and government.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA and able to travel up to 75% across the country.
- Deep expertise in AV integration, video collaboration hardware, and software platforms.
- Advanced IT networking skills, including cloud services and foundational cybersecurity.
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering, AV, or IT roles within enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Workspace architectures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Industry certifications such as AVIXA, CompTIA Network+, Cisco, or Microsoft.
- Experience with formal sales methodologies and partner management.
