Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia, with a hybrid work schedule requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders regarding product inquiries and problem resolution.
• Maintain and update client data in the stable value queue database and coordinate activities with portfolio managers.
• Assist transfer agents with client onboarding, account setup, and contract management.
• Perform and document regulatory account audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and TDB regulations.
• Analyze client data to deploy exception reporting and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to enhance client support and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial or retirement services.
• Working knowledge of investment products, services, and securities processing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work from the Atlanta office four days per week.
