What you will do

• Provide supervision, training, and technical support to the claims team.
• Plan and distribute workloads to ensure timely and profitable case completion.
• Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific performance benchmarks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints and issue resolution.
• Manage a small caseload of pre-litigated claims.
• Implement process updates to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

• Must have experience in handling disease claims, specifically NIHL.
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Case/Claims Management systems.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to identify learning gaps and formulate development plans for team members.

Nice to have

• Understanding of other disease claims such as HAVS, Mesothelioma, or NFCI.
