What you will do

• Manage a mixed caseload of low-value injury and property damage claims from notification to settlement.
• Investigate claims, review policy coverage, and make fair, informed decisions.
• Collaborate closely with policyholders, brokers, and loss adjusters to deliver excellent outcomes.
• Prioritize workloads and progress claims efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds, UK.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
• Experience in insurance, underwriting, broking, operations, or a legal/academic background.
• Confidence in speaking with customers and managing a varied portfolio.
