What you will do

  • Manage a dedicated customer account list and serve as the primary point of contact for pre/post-sale inquiries.
  • Partner with internal Account Executives to drive sales opportunities and support sales operations.
  • Execute lead generation campaigns, including cold and warm calls, to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage quote activity from RFQs, OEM leads, and prospecting efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Pre-Sales Engineering, Support Services, and Professional Services.
  • Present relevant technology solutions to customers via phone and email communication.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong phone communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to convey complex technical opportunities to customers and partners.
  • Understanding of contract and compliance protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively with limited or no supervision.
