What you will do
- Manage a dedicated customer account list and serve as the primary point of contact for pre/post-sale inquiries.
- Partner with internal Account Executives to drive sales opportunities and support sales operations.
- Execute lead generation campaigns, including cold and warm calls, to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage quote activity from RFQs, OEM leads, and prospecting efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Pre-Sales Engineering, Support Services, and Professional Services.
- Present relevant technology solutions to customers via phone and email communication.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 2+ years of sales experience in the IT industry.
- Strong phone communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to convey complex technical opportunities to customers and partners.
- Understanding of contract and compliance protocols.
- Ability to work effectively with limited or no supervision.
