What you will do
- Manage and grow strategic relationships with key DSPs and trading platforms in the EMEA region.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as bid rate, win rate, spend, and supply path efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and technical integration of new demand partners.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across OpenRTB, VAST, and header bidding environments.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to influence roadmap priorities based on partner needs.
- Provide data-driven insights to drive increased investment and marketplace performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Technical Account Management, or Business Development within AdTech.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSP operations, and auction dynamics.
- Hands-on experience with OpenRTB, VAST, and header bidding integrations.
- Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
