Clinical and Product Support Specialist (Audiology)

What you will do

• Collaborate with the ANZ Sales Team to implement training plans that improve account performance.
• Provide remote audiological, product, and technical support to customers.
• Deliver product, sales, and audiology training through clinic inductions, software sessions, online group sessions, events, and seminars.
• Use clinical and product expertise to solve problems and achieve optimal product and clinical outcomes.
• Identify revenue opportunities through customer audiology enquiries and support repeat business.
• Coordinate online training availability across ANZ territories and time zones while assisting Customer Care and Technical Support.

Requirements

• Qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist with industry and clinical experience.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence presenting remotely to large groups.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English.
• Full, unrestricted Australian work rights.
