What you will do
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement training plans for ANZ accounts.
- Provide high-level audiological, product, and technical remote support to customers.
- Deliver product and sales training, including clinic inductions and software fitting.
- Present at online group sessions, events, and seminars.
- Identify revenue opportunities through customer audiology enquiries.
- Assist customer care and technical support teams as required.
Requirements
- Qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist with industry and clinical experience.
- Must possess full, unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Strong presentation skills with confidence in presenting remotely to large groups.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
