Clinical Application Specialist (Radiology)

Location: Preferably Sydney, Australia; Melbourne and Brisbane will also be considered. The role involves interstate and occasional overseas travel. Must be eligible to live and work in Australia.

What you will do

• Participate in on-site product installations with the Service team and train customers to use and maintain new equipment.
• Analyse customer clinical structures and processes and advise on suitable workflows and solution usage.
• Provide presales application support through product demonstrations and customer presentations.
• Support the Sales team with demonstrations and tender preparation.
• Deliver post-sales application support through site visits, telephone support, and remote assistance.
• Attend and develop training courses and workshops to maintain product expertise.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Medical Radiography and/or Information Systems.
• At least 1–2 years of solid experience in a clinical radiology environment.
• Analytical, diagnostic, problem-resolution, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Continuous learning orientation and the ability to maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies and markets.
• Ability to travel interstate and occasionally overseas.
• Eligibility to live and work in Australia is required. Vaccination against preventable diseases may be required to comply with customer and state health policies.

Nice to have

• Experience in a healthcare modality applications support role.
• Digital radiography experience, preferably with hirify.global products.
