What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog across the entire product lifecycle.
• Translate educational pedagogy into clear, actionable product features.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Act as the key liaison between development, design, and education teams.
• Gather and prioritize feedback from teachers and end-users to drive improvements.
• Ensure all delivery meets security, privacy, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management.
• Proven experience in SaaS or digital product environments.
• Must be located in Auckland, New Zealand for hybrid work.
• Strong expertise in Agile delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into tangible product outcomes.
