What you will do

• Lead technical discovery to assess customers’ Microsoft ecosystem investments, development workflows, security needs, and platform requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions showing how hirify.global enables secure, scalable software delivery from planning and code management through deployment and monitoring.
• Deliver tailored demos and technical presentations, including AI-powered DevSecOps use cases mapped to customer needs.
• Facilitate proofs of concept and proofs of value with evaluation plans, technical validation, and solution fit.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture to advance strategic engagements and extend Microsoft-focused expertise.
• Create reusable assets, technical frameworks, and field guidance to apply Microsoft-centered expertise consistently.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles combining architecture guidance, solution validation, and strategic engagement.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including how customers use Microsoft and GitHub products in software delivery environments.
• Practical background in modern software development/operations with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices and tooling.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and architectures for secure, scalable application delivery.
• Ability to design and communicate architectures spanning multiple teams and stages of the software lifecycle.
• Experience facilitating workshops, technical discovery sessions, and evaluation programs for practitioners through executive stakeholders.
