Salary: $180,000 - $260,000

What you will do

• Partner with Growth and Capture leadership to qualify and shape strategic federal opportunities.
• Develop technical win themes, discriminators, and customer-focused solution narratives.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business and customer value.
• Collaborate with proposal, pricing, delivery, and engineering teams to align technical and growth strategies.
• Contribute to technical proposal content, architecture approaches, and solution frameworks.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during customer conversations and growth strategy meetings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical consulting, engineering, architecture, or delivery.
• 5+ years of experience supporting federal capture, business development, or proposal strategy.
• Demonstrated experience supporting qualification and development of federal government proposals.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to communicate modern architectures.
• Familiarity with federal procurement environments and acquisition processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience from organizations such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Leidos, or Accenture.
• Background in cloud transformation, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
• Experience supporting Federal Civilian agencies like HHS, IRS, CMS, or VA.
