Compensation: RSD 2,335,500 – RSD 3,086,377 yearly

What you will do

• Independently sell Consumer Insights, Analytics, and Innovation services to meet financial and commercial targets.
• Partner with the local Account Development team to execute joint business planning and understand client priorities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and project scoping.
• Provide proactive, integrated analysis and recommendations to clients using proprietary tools.
• Build portfolio awareness by presenting at conferences and internal events.
• Ensure compliance with financial discipline and internal CRM reporting processes.

Requirements

• Native Serbian proficiency and effective communication skills in English.
• Preferably 4 years of experience in market research, sales, or business development.
• Strong analytical and consultative skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands and maintain high attention to detail.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or market research industries is a significant advantage.
