What you will do

• Deliver detailed presentations and demonstrations of Okta technologies to internal teams and clients.
• Develop technical sales tools, sizing guidelines, and best practice documentation.
• Define and document solution architectures and roadmap alignment for partner technologies.
• Conduct client workshops to maximize solution adoption and identify upsell opportunities.
• Build and execute enablement sessions for sales and technical teams.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex partner-related services and solution challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in the continental U.S.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Okta.
• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience.
• Experience implementing Okta Workforce or Customer Identity.
• Proficiency in at least one standard network security protocol (OAuth, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP, OIDC).
• Knowledge of cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to travel up to 40% for client meetings and partner events.

Nice to have

• Experience with web development (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks).
• Experience with mobile development (iOS, Android).
• Knowledge of IP-based real-time communications.
• Expert-level certification in Okta technology.
