Salary: $86,600 – $139,000 USD (depending on US location zone)

What you will do
- Advise third-party developers on best practices for building and integrating apps using RESTful APIs.
- Review partner technical architectures and integration plans to ensure scalability and security.
- Lead the technical certification process for partner apps to ensure they meet functional and compliance standards.
- Document and communicate feedback to partners to help them remediate technical issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation, integration guides, and Postman collections.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to improve the partner onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 4–7 years of experience in API integrations, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
- Strong hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, including design, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency using Postman for API testing and documentation.
- Solid understanding of authentication frameworks like OAuth 2.0.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and app marketplaces.
- Experience advising external technical teams or customers on integration projects.
