What you will do

• Advise third-party developers on best practices for building and integrating apps using RESTful APIs.
• Review partner technical architectures and integration plans to ensure scalability and security.
• Lead the technical certification process for partner apps to ensure they meet functional and compliance standards.
• Document and communicate feedback to partners to help them remediate technical issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation, integration guides, and Postman collections.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to improve the partner onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4–7 years of experience in API integrations, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
• Strong hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, including design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency using Postman for API testing and documentation.
• Solid understanding of authentication frameworks like OAuth 2.0.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and app marketplaces.
• Experience advising external technical teams or customers on integration projects.
