TL;DR

Product Design Lead (Editorial Design): Leading the digital experience of Vogue, ensuring high visual standards and seamless storytelling across digital platforms with an accent on visual craft, design systems, and AI integration. Location: London, GB. Must be based in London and work from the office four days a week (Monday - Thursday)

What you will do

• Own the visual standard of Vogue's digital experience, ensuring sophisticated typography, hierarchy, and composition.
• Connect feature work to the wider reader experience and identify opportunities to integrate revenue-generating experiences without compromising brand integrity.
• Champion design excellence within shared systems while creating distinct brand moments.
• Conduct lightweight research and usability testing to pressure-test ideas and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering using design tokens, Figma, and GitHub to ensure design intent carries through to production.
• Integrate AI tools into the design practice for rapid prototyping and generative exploration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or editorial design roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial and content-led design, specifically for storytelling and content-rich journeys.
• Technical fluency in Figma, GitHub, and AI tools such as Cursor or Claude.
• Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and token configurations.
• Ability to translate creative and business ambitions into actionable design improvements.
• Commitment to a hybrid work model (4 days per week in the London office).
