What you will do

• Develop and manage a comprehensive content bank including posts, infographics, photography, blogs, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with customer divisions to identify, produce, and coordinate mission-aligned content.
• Create multimedia digital assets incorporating photo, video, audio, and animation.
• Provide analytical support, track engagement metrics, and deliver weekly performance reports.
• Manage web content updates and corrections through approved publishing processes.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on social media engagement data.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social media content creation and management.
• Proven ability to obtain a DHS Fitness Determination.
• Experience developing social media strategies and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Proficiency in creating multimedia content including videos, graphics, and infographics.
• Experience with federal government or public sector social media is preferred.
