What you will do

• Create, schedule, and publish content and campaigns across multiple B2B social media channels.
• Deliver regular analysis and reporting on social media metrics and campaign performance.
• Grow and nurture audiences while increasing engagement rates and valuable actions.
• Develop brand-aligned copywriting and asset creation to drive audience action.
• Execute A/B and multivariate growth tests to optimize performance.
• Moderate platforms and manage direct audience engagement for various product offerings.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media platforms for tech brands or marketing agencies.
• Hands-on knowledge of social media management and web analytics tools.
• Proficiency with at least four platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or Reddit.
• Strong content marketing skills and an analytical approach to content performance.
• Must be based remotely in the EMEA region.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
