What you will do

• Engage with customers to understand business needs and articulate the value of hirify.global Cloud CX solutions.
• Lead and support RFP and RFI processes.
• Deliver compelling presentations and lead discussions with key stakeholders.
• Design and execute custom demos tailored to specific customer requirements.
• Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to demonstrate solution effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure a smooth pre-sales process.

Requirements

• Must be based in Greece
• Fluency in English and Greek is required
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunication, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales consultant, business analyst, or solutions engineering role within the CX market.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, software standards, database, and networking technologies.
• Availability for business travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and the contact center industry.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
