TL;DR

Principal Genesys Cloud PS Consultant (Genesys Cloud): Designing and implementing enterprise-grade multi-channel customer experience platforms with an accent on routing strategies, IVR workflows, and CRM integrations. Focus on architecting scalable contact center solutions, managing SIP infrastructure, and leading end-to-end technical delivery for global clients.

Location: Remote (Work From Anywhere), EST time zone alignment required

What you will do

  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technical Genesys Cloud solutions, from requirements gathering to final sign-off.
  • Analyze complex business challenges to define scalable and effective solution architectures.
  • Configure and optimize Genesys Cloud environments to align with evolving operational needs.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of contact center deployments, migrations, and system upgrades.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact and escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure production readiness and a smooth transition of solutions into live environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting and optimizing complex, multi-site contact center environments.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing Genesys Cloud solutions in enterprise settings.
  • Proficiency in building routing strategies and IVR workflows using Genesys Architect.
  • Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with CRMs such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics.
  • Deep knowledge of SIP infrastructure, including SIP protocol, SBCs, and load balancing.
  • Must be able to work within the EST time zone.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Genesys Cloud Workforce Management (WFM).
  • Experience conducting Genesys Cloud training for administrators and architects.
  • Experience with CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce.
