What you will do

• Coordinate account activities across internal and external global stakeholder groups.
• Lead projects related to large bids, proposals, and commercial opportunities.
• Perform pricing simulations and evaluate assumptions for senior management review.
• Support contract negotiations and ongoing contract management activities.
• Analyze market trends, sales performance, and product transitions to support regional strategies.
• Optimize work processes and implement best practices within program management.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in sales coordination or sales project management.
• Solid understanding of the tech enterprise market, Unified Communications, and Contact Centre technologies.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and pricing simulations.
• Proficiency with MS365 and CRM systems.
• Documented knowledge and usage of AI tools.
• Must be able to work with flexible hours to cover multiple time zones including Asia and North America.
