What you will do

• Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and extensions using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Configure standard features, objects, workflows, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
• Integrate on-premise tools with CTI AppExchange products.
• Implement data migration and integration strategies to ensure data integrity and security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers through code reviews and guidance.
• Oversee the full deployment lifecycle, including unit testing, integration tests, and production deployments.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Must have experience with CTI.
• Must be able to work in the Eastern Time Zone.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Sharing rules, OWD, and Data Loader.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
• Experience within the Healthcare domain.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud.
