What you will do
- Develop and execute global go-to-market and growth strategies for Maximal export markets.
- Deliver targets for volume, revenue, market share, and profitability; identify market opportunities and implement growth plans.
- Expand and manage the global distribution network by appointing, developing, and leading high-quality dealers.
- Drive dealer network performance to increase truck sales and aftermarket parts and service revenue while maintaining brand presence.
- Identify, test, and implement alternative low-cost sales and distribution models to improve growth, cost efficiency, and margins.
- Partner with HYMH global and regional functions and key stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and legal/regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading export sales and global commercial strategy execution.
- Track record of building and managing dealer/distribution networks to deliver measurable sales and profitability outcomes.
- Ability to drive performance across volume, revenue, market share, and margin targets.
- Experience with business model innovation in sales/distribution (e.g., alternative channels, partnership models).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing and aftermarket stakeholders.
- Ability to ensure compliance with company governance frameworks and applicable legal/regulatory requirements.
