What you will do
- Facilitate the full purchasing process, including vendor onboarding, contract generation, and negotiation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to interpret contractual rights and obligations.
- Negotiate agreements to ensure consistency with business objectives and company policies.
- Manage supplier relationships and troubleshoot issues throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Maintain compliant procurement folders, spend analytics, and relevant metrics.
- Assist in developing efficient RFP and procurement processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business administration, vendor management, or contract management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or Law.
- Knowledge of industry-standard technologies and contracting models.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and across different time zones.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
