What you will do

• Facilitate the full purchasing process, including vendor onboarding, contract generation, and negotiation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to interpret contractual rights and obligations.
• Negotiate agreements to ensure consistency with business objectives and company policies.
• Manage supplier relationships and troubleshoot issues throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Maintain compliant procurement folders, spend analytics, and relevant metrics.
• Assist in developing efficient RFP and procurement processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business administration, vendor management, or contract management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or Law.
• Knowledge of industry-standard technologies and contracting models.
• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and across different time zones.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
