What you will do

• Support ongoing projects and initiatives within the license review team.
• Manage customer data and execute administration tasks related to the license review process.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, ad-hoc reports, and summaries.
• Conduct prospecting for customer contact details.
• Support the Software Asset Management (SAM) group throughout the license management process.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid).
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
