What you will do

• Lead the strategic development and operational delivery of student services, including admissions, registration, and academic scheduling.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of academic systems such as Workday Student and Academic Progress Reports.
• Analyze enrolment trends and program data to negotiate instructional resources and ensure student progression.
• Provide expert advisory guidance on complex admissions, appeals, and scholarship decisions.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of management and administrative staff to foster an inclusive and high-performing culture.
• Collaborate with university partners to streamline academic policies and support cross-campus advising initiatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline required.
• Minimum of five to six years of related experience in a post-secondary environment.
• Demonstrated managerial experience with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff.
• Considerable knowledge of systems development, implementation, and evaluation within an academic context.
• Proven ability to translate complex policy and technical systems issues for non-subject matter experts.
